One of the many blessings of my marriage is the family I married into. They love well and live life to the fullest. They show me what it means to live by faith. And I know Jesus more deeply for knowing this family.
Last weekend we gathered to celebrate Talia’s first birthday. The presents were piled high, but no amount of brightly wrapped packages could ever compare with the gift of family she has been given.
Can I just say that I have one of the cutest nieces anybody could ask for?
In just one year, she has developed an obvious love for music.
Birthdays are so much better with cake. Her momma worked into the wee hours of the night to make sure Talia had the perfect one.
Talia – may you always know the love of your family and the deep love of our heavenly Father.
The Lord your God is with you,
the Mighty Warrior who saves.
He will take great delight in you;
in his love he will no longer rebuke you,
but will rejoice over you with singing. ~ Zephaniah 3:17

She is such a cutie!
Gorgeous photos with lots of feeling and warmth, capturing a lot of Talia’s personality. You are so sweet and kind, Rachel. I agree with Annie’s comment on Facebook that you make our family even better! I say a hearty “Amen” that Talia would always know the family’s love and the deep love of our Heavenly Father!
